Rattle is hand painted, with the Triskelion symbol, on one side, and the ancient, Cosmic Heart symbol, on the opposite side.  The Triskelion has several meanings depending on culture and religion. Some say it represents birth, life, and death, or  Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, or Land, Sea, and Sky. In Celtic culture, it is a common idea that everything important in life comes in threes. The Celtic Spiral symbol itself has three clockwise spirals, all of which connect in the middle representing motion. In turn, the idea of motion or movement signifies energy, cycles of life, progress, and revolution.  I also trimmed this rattle with natural stone beads of Wild Horse Jasper. Wild Horse Jasper is considered to be a protective stone and is also believed to help with spiritual communication.  Encourages empathy and communication with animals. Helps clear out past trauma. Supports physical and emotional healing. Jaspers are known as supreme nurturers bringing tranquility and wholeness to all who wear it and/or meditate with it.  After rattle was completed, it was then bathed overnight under the August, Super, Blue, Full Moon, and will be, imbued with beautiful Reiki energy before being packed and shipped, to you.
