Reiki Level 1, to me, is the most important Level of Reiki to learn and practice. It is the first level of teachings in the traditional Japanese branch of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho. .Also known as Shoden Reiki Level 1, which means “first teachings” in Japanese. Without learning the foundation of Reiki, which includes a daily self-care practice, and the  knowledge and deep understanding of the five Reiki Precepts, written by the founder Mikao Usui, you cannot heal yourself and/or help others to heal. In this class, you will learn that we do not “do” Reiki to our ourselves or others, we simply are Reiki. This is a very safe practice for yourself, others, and animals, as Reiki can never cause harm. Class time is approx. 5 hours. includes certification certificate.
