My name is Patti Andrasak and I would like to welcome you to my website, The Spiral Paths.

I live in Saratoga County, NY, with my awesome husband, and our two lovable French Bulldogs.

I am a Tarot consultant, Usui Reiki Master/teacher/practitioner, Animal Reiki teacher/practitioner, and Shamanic practitioner. I also am an artisan of wildcrafting which are crafts created from things I find in nature. I have always been interested in a more holistic approach to health and wellness. I believe nature provides everything we need to heal ourselves. I also believe there are times when we do need extra help from modern medicine, but I personally like to heal myself, more holistically, if possible, first.

Over the years my education and interests have expanded, and evolved into more spiritual and healing modalities and I wanted the name for my website along with the content I share, to reflect that too.  All of the aforementioned are healing modalities and honor our intuition, energy, nature, animals, seasons, and the elements, which are all important to me. Other interests I will be sharing are in folklore, gardening, astrology, herbs, cooking, sacred objects, and crafts. Really everything Magickal! I am hoping to grow our community with like-minded people, where we can connect, share our knowledge and interests, creating new friendships from around in the world.
